I believe our morning is pretty much formed by how we spend our evenings. I always spend good 1-hour journaling and reading books in the evening so that I can start my day with a calm mind and heart.

My typical day starts at 6 am in the morning. As soon as I wake up I hydrate my body with 1 glass of lemon water. Not checking my phone in the morning has helped me a lot in mental health. I suggest not to start your day with the news. Instead, read books, spend time with your parents and most importantly, take care of yourself. I’ve recently developed a new hobby of plants. I have added a few indoor plants in my room, so I spend little time with my plants in the morning. For my breakfast, I start with herbal tea.

I will give you a little recipe here: add 2 cups of water

1 tbsp of cumin seeds

Half spoon turmeric

5 cardamoms

Half tbsp cinnamon

7 tulsi leaves boil it for 20min and add 1tbs of honey, at last, this tea has helped me to keep my gut health healthy 

After my tea, I take seasonal fruits and start with my meditation for 15 mins. Yoga is a great way to energize your body in the morning. I started my stretching routine. Yoga has helped me to balance my body, mind, and spirit.

For my breakfast, I make a bowl of protein oats. Here’s how I do it

 1 scoop oats add some warm water add

1 scoop whey protein powder stir well

 Then add your favorite fruits, nuts, and peanut butter. This is my typical morning.

 If I have appointments or classes I go to my studio. If not, I stay at home and create some content for my Instagram and YouTube channels. I prepare my lunch at 1 pm and after my lunch, I start editing. I nap around 4 pm for 1 hour.

 For my snack or let’s say my pre-workout meal at 5.30, I usually have rice cake, peanut butter, some berries, and black coffee. I work out for 1.5 hours.

Once I am done working out, I take a quick shower, complete my night skincare routine and have my dinner. For dinner, I usually go with 150gm boiled chicken .3 small boil potato 1 roti dal or sabzi. That is my dinner.

After I am done with my dinner, I make warm green tea and I write how my day went, and plan for the next day. I switch off my phone 1 hour before my bedtime.
