90% Dark chocolate

  1. Take 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  2. Take equal amount of water and milk 
  3. Soak overnight put it in refrigerator 
  4. Take soaked chia seeds next day
  5. Put 1 banana
  6. Cinnamon powder 
  7. Dark chocolate on top
